Interchangability of Cibie/Hella tail lamp 200 1978

I have a 1978 244 that has the 4-panel type tail lights. They're the Cibie type and are cracked and dried out. While searching for replacements, I found that I can order the Hella tail lights (reproduced), but I don't know if they are interchangable with the housings I currently have. The Hellas look the same as my Cibies, but the site says "Hella only" on the reproduced lenses. Has anyone else either found replacement Cibie lenses or does anyone know how to make the Hellas fit on the Cibie housing?
