If not ignition 200

What else could it be? I set the timing before I left, but where is 12 degrees on the timing mark? Is it the line after 10 degrees or in between? The color of the plugs are more white then light brown. I have been trying to figure this problem out for a long time, but everything I do it doesn't seem to help. I have replaced all the things as said before so I would have less chance of a breakdown becouse I wan't to keep this car for a long while.the rest of the car is in good shape ie. body, inside and out.Can this be tested on a diognastic mechine? Thanks,Charlie
