Firing order?

there are two easy ways to know if your on top dead center of cylinder #1, first you can loosen the front timing belt cover and make sure the timing mark on the cam gear lines up with the mark on the inner plastic cover. or you take off your oil filler cap and look at the cam lobes and make sure they are facing up, rabbit ears up. there is a small cut mark on the distributor housing for #1, it faces about 45 degrees forward, almost towards the thermostat. and the rotation is clockwise.
