Getting seatbelts off! Grrrrr... 200

I'm taking out my third seat (it sold on eBay - yay!). But I'm having problems getting the seatbelts off. The part that is on the roof...how do you get those off? And the part bolted into the cargo area...is it just me or are they impossible to unscrew?!?! Got the seat off without a hitch though.
