Need advice, change to synthetic at 140k ??? 200

Hey all,

Well I have been messing with the new Volvo, I really like it so far. Been looking over everything and the car seems great. Could use a set of shocks though. Anyway, I have been scouring the net for info on changing over to synthetic oil (Mobil) on high mileage motors. I am currently running it in my GTP, and will be in my Dart when it is done. I would just like to lengthen my maintenance times a bit, and do some good for the motor. I am most concerned about the seals and oil usage if I change over. If anyone could post personal experiences, and/or concrete information that would be great. I have found a lot of mixed "opinions" on the net, but would be nice to hear some real cases. Thanks in advance, this board rules!
