DID I FIND MY PROBLEM??? ALL EXPERTS PLEASE REPLY! 200 1987

If you replaced the filter yourself, the main pump sits right next to it. If you didn't do the work, the main pump and filter are under the car on the left side. You can't miss them. I doubt your filter needs replacing again so soon. If you listen at the gas filler opening while the engine is running, you should be able to hear the hum of the in-tank pump.
