Power Windows Not Working 700 1985

I can't operate the power windows in my '85 740 turbo wagon. None of the window switches work. I have tried using a known good test relay in place of the power window relay without success. The associated fuses have also been tested and determined to be good. I was able to jump the front right window to get it up and down with good results. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong and how to fix it?
