More 85 245 troubles.........(long) 200

Well they are the same problems but I have an idea on why. I have replaced INjectors, the rotten harness, IAC, 25amp fuse holder and fuse, both fuel pumps, cap /rotor,plugs fuel pump relay(have 2 spares lol), adjusted timing, belts are ok,fuel treatment , ect ect ect... In the morning, or whenever i try to start for the first time of the day, it fires right up. But when warm is takes about 10 cranks to fire , and thenit puffs blck smoke (too much fuel). The injectors are not leaking, the amm unplugged dosn't change the problem. Once it is running it was running ok not the best , but ok. Now it is doing the problem i thought the harness caused , wich was hard to describe, until it happened on the way home today 3 times. It seems as if Some injectors are cutting out at random , causing it run on only 2 or 3 cly. Also Both my new and old IAC act the same when plugged in, they run my idle up to about 4-5k, runs fine unplugged. So i think it may be my ECU, don't have one to switch out just yet , but i'm about to break down ad buy a "new " one this weekend ($60).
Anyway to tes the EcU with out putting a new one in or switching it to another car?
Thanks in advance
