1.)Where can I buy a good and reasonable priced timing-light?
(is that the correct term)?

2.)I try to adjust everything as good as possible,
but still from idle to moderate open throttle
the engine has some coughing. Where to look?
Dirty throttle body or timing or fuel-mixture
or IAC or airleaks?
Besides that it runs fine.
