injector flush 700

I want to try to smooth out the idle a little. According to the FAQ, Dirty injectors can be the culprit in a rough idle and poor accel and decel. Once the injectors are in good shape, I can rule them out as a source of idle problems
and it will help me pinpoint where the trouble is. The only thing I haven't replaced it the IAC and the AMM. If you are having hesitation or stalling problems I would definately start with removal and cleaning of the Throttle Body and a thorough check for air leaks. It will only cost you a few bucks, and these two things account for alot of drivability problems. They say not to use Carb cleaner because it eats seals, so I would get some TB cleaner and take a toothbrush to the thing. Mine was really dirty. Replace the gasket and Thumb screw O-ring. Get some fresh Vac hose and replace all your old vac hose. replace your flame trap with a new one at the same time and replace the small hose and inspect the large one to see that it is not clogged or cracked. The vac nipple for the small hose on the flame trap likes to clog up so check that too. Make sure your heater control vac hose has no leaks. Check your air inlet hose between the AMM and the TB for leaks. Once you've cleaned up the TB, replaced all you rubber, and made sure you are air tight once you get past the AMM, and the problem persists I would start to consider other things.
