New developments after diagnosis. Fuel Delivery Problem- please help

I guess you have a no-start problem?

Is this a 240? If so, check for a fuseholder near the battery, mounted on the fender. It's probably white, and corroded. Check to make sure both the fuseholder and the fuse are clean and tight. This causes all sorts of problems.

As far as the fuel pumps- most Volvos there are two, one in tank, one under the car. Loose contact is possible, I've never seen it. Check the grounding points though, it's possible those are corroded.

As far as a diagram, either a Haynes or Bentley manual are the best, right after Volvo Service manuals, ordered in sections.
