Broken bleeder valve 700

The bleeder part that is stuck has a hole almost through it. Find a very small EZ out that fits it. You may have to drill the hole completely through if your EZ out hits bottom in the bleeder. Use some B'laster and be careful, small EZ outs are "EZ" to break.
You can also remove it by drilling it with a drill sized to fit the I.D. of the threads in the caliper.
Like Steve says, calipers are cheap. It depends on your time/money/availability of parts.
