New developments after diagnosis. Fuel Delivery Problem- please help

It's a 240. '87.

The fuse is fine, the injectors are getting voltage but no fuel. I took off the gas line coming into the fuel rail and it was completely dry. There's just no fuel being pumped into the line. All of the fuses/relays have been checked and are working properly. I guess I was thinking about checking the fuel pump for proper operation next. If I dont' figure it out i'll take it in somewhere next week, it's simply draging on too long with no results. Oh well...
