special tools involved in timing belt change?

I have a 91 940GLE w/B234F engine. It has a manual timing belt tensioner and I wanted to know what special tools are need to change the timing belt, balance shaft belt, tensioners, seals, etc. For the removal of the crankshaft pulley on this engine, does it use the same Volvo 5284 tool on the B230F found on my 740GLE?

And does anybody know where I can get a good price on these tools?
