You've got vacuum leaks.
CHeck the big rubber air hoses to the intercooler, turbo, and intake.
You've got a hole somewhere. The oil that gets in the intake air stream causes the hoses to rot out at the bottoms. Replace any that show deterioration.
There could also be a vacuum hose off or an intake manifold leak- any vacuum leak source will do this. Basically what happens is this:
The turbo draws through the air mass meter. All the air going IN to the turbo is metered. Then it goes through hoses to the intercooler and then to the intake. IF there's a leak, some of the metered air doesn't make it to the engine. However the fuel injection is adding fuel based on the AMM reading- so it goes way too rich, and you get loss of power and black smoke.
Good luck!
