Pulls to the Right and is hard to turn to the Left... 200

Just got my Volvo out of the shop. It had quite a bit of work done to it.

* Torque rod bushings replaced
* Lower steering universal replaced
* RH lower ball joint replaced
* LH innter tie rod replaced

Had more done, but not stuff that affects steering.

In any case, it's easy to turn to the right, but turning to the left is a two handed job for me. Also, there is a pull to the right. Not sure if the two issues are related or not. I am going to take the car in for a tire rotation and then possibly an alignment if the pull continues after this. But what about the hard turn to the left? Any ideas?
