fault codes 231 and 221 update

I did several checks over the weekend, trying to find the cause for the check engine light being on, and also why the engine was behaving so strangely.

The only thing apparently wrong was a corroded 25 amp fuse. The one in the engine compartment. I cleaned it up.

The first thing I noticed when I started the car afterward is the check engine light didnt come on(it still hasnt after several days). Also after driving the car for a little while, everything settled down, and I havent had another malfunction since.

Its worth mentioning that in the recent past, two of my other volvos(I maintain 4) had similar problems, and both were solved by cleaning the fuses.

I guess, with volvo, its the little things that count.
