740 lumbar support repair

The lumbar support has come unhooked on my 91 745 pasenger side front cloth seat. I have a bad back so I need this fixed. The dealer wants $175 for this repair. Is there anyone out there who has done this repair and/or knows what is involved? Is this something I can do myself without destroying the seat cover or my weekend? Thanks in advance.
