That's what it says in the back of my "Essential Volvo 120 Series and P1800" book.

Plane Jane 120 sedans:
B18D - '61 - '65 - 90 HP
B18D - '66 - 95 HP
B18D - '67 - 100 HP
B18D - '68 - 115 HP (they still call it a B18D - although apparently identical output to the 1800's B18B - same 10.1:1 CR)
'69 and '70 model years had 118 HP B20B engines.
