No start...HELP! 200 1975

Hello all, Let me start with a litte history, 75 242 B20 engine, its been setting in a garage for 15 years. Here is the new parts list, fuel tank, fuel pump, cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, and coil. My original fear when I started to put this car back on the road was that the fuel injection system would be gummed up and no fuel would flow, but I'm getting fuel out of the injectors. So I then went looking for a no spark condition. My manual says I should be getting a blue spark from the coil wire, well I'm getting a yellow spark at the coil wire and all of the plug wires. So I changed the coil, thinking it was the problem, no change. When I pull the plugs out, they are wet with gas. My problem is I don't know if my spark is to weak, or if there is something malfunctioning in the F.I. system and flooding the engine with to much fuel. The engine cranks, but does not even cough, like it wants to start.

HELP!
