no boost? 200 1983

i replaced the fuel pump relay today on my 245 turbo and cleaned the engine. i noticed driving it around that the engine has less power and that the boost gauge was only going to yellow not to orange were it used to go. i also smelt gas after driving. i inspected all lines under the hood and couldnt find any leaks. i also noticed that some electrical conections wern't conected. the car is new for me so i don't know if there soposed to be conected. the first wire working from pasanger side to driver side is a green and a brown with a blue male conector. the next is a red coming off the boost thingy with a blue conector. the next is a brown with a male and a female. and the last is a black female with a red lable on it. were do these wires go. thanks .

p.s. are there beter books for this model. the haynes book may as well ben for anoter car.
