air flow meter/ fuel distributor problem (maybe huge!) 200 1981

Need advice on what to do now. Got starter off, got air flow meter/fuel distributor assembly disconnected from mounts, took off bottom portion of assembly and cleaned, then noticed a potentially large issue. The top portion has a rather large hole in between the fuel distributor and the air flow meter. I need to know if this is a total replacement of the distributor and top plate, or if the top plate can be sourced separately. If it can, how do you remove the fuel distributor itself?

Thanks,
Jeff
