brake light problems, I checked the archives 200 1987

Like the title says I'm having some issues with brake lights on two separate 240's. On one only the left brake light works. The bulbs look good, the running lights work, the center brake light is out also. I cleaned all the connections on holder, circuit board, bulb etc. I assume the pedal switch is o.k. since I am getting the left lamp to work.

On the other 240 only the center brake light works. Cleaned all contacts on that one and replaced a burnt bulb on right side.

Any suggestions appreciated. Bulb failure sensor perhaps?

thanks

Kirk S.
