PBBlaster on frozen(rusted) caliper pistons 200 1987

My '87 240DL had been sitting for about a month and the front right caliper's inside pistons where siezed.I took that sides pad out and forced the pistons out.I took the dust boots off and doused the pistons with PB Blaster and was able to work them in and out.Cleaned off the rust and sprayed them down with brake parts cleaner, replaced the boots and pad and opened up the inside bleeder screw until clean fluid came out.
It seemed to work fine because I drove the car all day w/o any problems. The car rolls freely and I have a nice firm pedal.
I guess my question is,is it O.K. to use PB Blaster on stuck caliper pistons? Is it compatable with brake fluid?
