Either will work fine. The ramps tilt the car back and still allow oil to flow out. It is much easier to take it in for an oil change. I take them my own Mann filter and Mobil 1 oil and they only charge around $10.00. Check with them first. A lot easier than jacking around, crawling around under the car, disposing of oil, cleaning up etc, etc.
