To hold down the cam pulley and intermediate pulley can I use one of those
"boa constrictor" "adj rubber strap" hand held wrenches you can buy at the hardware store? Would those provide adequate leverage while lostening the bolt?
Finally can that wrench hold the crank pulley too?
(I know about the rubber joint in the crank pulley issue)

You know the wrench I am talking about, I think they are more for plumbing...

Not sure how else it can be done.
