No start...HELP! 200 1975

Update- no condenser in mine. #15 is positive. This isn't real clear, but I can mail you a bigger file with more resolution. It shows the ballast resistor in the foreground, but hides the blue wire that runs off to the ignition switch from the bottom of the resistor. The brown wire circuit includes the starter contact and the coil terminal 15. White-red runs my fuel pump relay and tach, and the larger white wire comes from the transistorized ignition unit, shown with the cover removed and resting on top of the washer reservoir.
