replacing FPR 200 1990

if i am going to replace the Fuel Pressure Regulator, my haynes manual tells me to relieve the fuel pressure first. it doesn't seem like it is that big of procedure.

is it as easy as it looks and is there anything i need to keep in mind when i'm doing it, while replacing the regulator and after it's all back together?

when it's done do i just replace the fuse and start the car?

thanks
adam
