ODO/Speedo Question 200

My '87 wagon has the electric speedometer connection (not manual). I have this question, the other day the odometer and trip meter stopped working. I noticed it after I pulled out of a gas station. I hit a pretty good dip entering the station. I'm wondering if this dip had anything to do with my ODO going out or is it just coincidence. Is there a sender that it could have knocked loose, where is the sender on my auto AW70? What do you guys thinking. I'm driving to Louisville for the Derby on Friday and would like to have a working odometer. Anyone else hitting the Derby this weekend? Happy Brickin'!
