k-jet injector questions 200 1981

Two things I need to know: first, do fellow board members recommend replacing both the fat and skinny o-rings on the injector holders, and second, how do you decode the date from an injector. I see a lot of numbers, but I have no idea which are relevant to the date and how to read it. BTW, testing of the injectors revealed that three were fine, but one had a bad spray pattern and also leaked. I suppose a new injector may assist in improving power output if that has been the case for some time.
