need a mechanic in sacramento 200 1985

i am having problems with my 1985 volvo 244. It has been hesitating on acceleration and then running slow and backfiring. I think it has a problem with the fuel injectors or maybe the ecu. If anyone knows what's wrong or knows a good volvo mechanic in the sacramento area please let me know.
