Mechanical fuel pump interchange 140-160 1971

The mechanical fuel pump on my B20B engine is failing. The company I've started ordering from only supports from the 240 up, so I was wondering if the mechanical fuel pump fitted to the 240 carb. engines would fit on my B20B. Or any advice on fitting an electric pump? I'm in New Zealand and import all my parts from Europe/UK, so asking these questions to the suppliers are often fruitless.
