ECU 'Check Engine' codes 133 (high idle) TPS switch or crazy ECU? 200 1991

Car appears to sometimes idle a bit high and also has little power when engine still cold. Computer used to throw out all sorts of other codes (including batterty voltage too high/low and leaky injector) so i don't know if the ECU is faulty or if it really is just to throttle switch.


Also, any of you have any negative experiences with MAACO or other USD200-300 paint shops? I just need a paint job as there is no real body work required but don't want to spend too much due to age of car.
