smelly exhaust 200

my 86 wagon, b230 has nasty headache inducing exhaust, not black though...
I have cleaned or replaced the following: flametrap, throttlebody,airfilter, vacumn hoses ,have a new cat. converter and pipes, fixed leak at exhaust manifold, patched any holes in body and replaced tailgate weatherstrip that may let exhaust in.
It's fine with the windows closed. just bad if any windows are open.
