91 240 with low idle on hot days 200

Car is 91 240.

Starts, idles, runs perfect when ambient temp is below 70F.

The hotter the ambient is above 70F the fussier it is to start.

On hot days it will start, but immediately die, if I do not catch it with throttle.

On hot days it will idle about 500-600 instead of 900.

Because of low idle it may occasionally die.

Runs fine on hot days, just idles low.

All conditions occur with air-conditioning off.

Thanks for any advice.
