Front bumber torn off in accident, pressurized canister sheared off in the hole. How to get out? 700

I was in an accident this AM. A big rig side swiped me making a right. In any case, the damage was mostly to plastic. He ripped off the whole plastic trim assembly under the headlights down which basically was the bumper trim, the bumper itself, the left front directional.

I took it all apart when I got home. I have a problem. One of the bumper canisters got pulled out clean which I guess is good. However the front passenger side one was shear off in half due to the fact that the truck kept moving and bent it off. Result. I have half a canister (and fluid dripping) indicating it was spent. I have undone the 2 bolts on the side of the canister hole it fits into but that will still not let me pull out the canister. How do I get this half of canister out? It won't budge. Also, Where can I get the front bumper trim? It was torn up quite a bit. Is there anywhere on line I can get it?

Thanks
