Follow-up: Problem: B230F dies when throttle is pressed 200 1989

Thanks to all who replied to my last post on my engine stall issue.
I have measured the resistance across the platinum wire of my AMM (016) and it reads at 3.05 ohms:

While looking at the connector with the three sliders on top and two sliders on bottom, I numbered the pins 1 through 6. I measured resistance between 2 and 3 to get my reading. To confirm, I actually removed one dust grill and measured the resistance at the internal connecting leads to the platinum wire, again getting around 3 ohms (I was careful not to touch the wire).

I do understand that there are other functional aspects to this AMM, such as a "burn off" etc... but would I be correct to assume that if the platinum wire is intact and shows 3 ohms at pins 2-3 then this is likely not the cause of my problem?

Also, how do I check ground to the AMM?

I'll look at the IAC too, but only tomarrow will I get back to my car. For now I have the AMM here with me.

Thanks in advance, and more advice is always appreciated.
Greg
