When you get your new brakes, make sure you get the teflon-backed shims as well. About $5 a set from the dealer and cheaper yet from fcpgroton.com. On my 240's it alsways seems it's the rears that get noisy, and using the Sil-Glide lube on the pins and between the pads and shims (NOT on the friction surface!) helps prevent squealing.
