WATER PUMP 83 TURBO 200

WELL I GET THE WIERD PROLBEMS
the water pumps leaking but not from the shaft
like a normal pump but from the back [block pump joint]
so I pulled it and discovered NO GASKET just sillcones[clear]
and part of them blown out the back causing the leak

so do I need a new pump???
can the rubber parts be reused
or are they a must replace??
should I use a gasket or just RTV as thats way better then sillycones
IS THE TURBO a different water pump from the stock motor
are the 21 and 23 water pumps different??
