Windshield sprayer stopped spraying S90-V90 1998

It is probably the valve. It is in the lower center of the hood, up under the hood insulation material. You need to take off a few of the clips to get at it. There is a picture of the valve on the parts websites. Try going to http://catalog.alloemvolvoparts.com/ and enter in your year and model. Select the link to body electrical and then the washer t valve.

Easy to replace and relatively cheap, even if you buy it from the dealer.
