slow to start condition? 700 1987

I just purchased an '87 760 turbo sedan and it had an intermittent starting problem. Frankly I did not notice the functioning of the dash lights. However, after leaving it for a week with my favorite independent Volvo garage, they determined that it was a faulty radio suppression relay. So far, so good. They also said it was a frequent failure item on this model. The part is between $50 and 75.
