BW35 neutral start switch- Bypass? 140-160 1970

The brown and black wires take care of the neutral safety task. The white wire is for the backup lights. Just tie the brown and black together, and you should be in business... leave the white one hooked up.

Thats how it was on my '70 anyhow... which I converted to a manual transmission. I assume your '70 would be the same. But you might want to do some trial and error testing to be sure.

As uniberp said... watch starting it in gear. But I can't see how it would be worse than starting a manual in gear....
