oops! dropped new dash on windshield wiper assembly HELP 200

First question..this is an easy one- what is that "sond"? light-what does that mean? It just came on-is that Swedish? Okay, now to my bigger problem-I was installing a new dash in the 240, when I removed the old cracked one it fell on the wiper assembly..the wire came loose off that pulley thing-I thought I reconnected it correctly, but now my wipers ONLY WORK ON HIGH- no intermittent, no slow...did I disconnect a wire possibly, or does it have to do with the coil and wire on the assembly? Please help, in a slight drizzle it looks as though Im ready for a downpour....Thanks as always for any help. -Dehaven.
