BLACKSTONE RADIATORS. 200 1985

Hi there.I was wondering if anyone else out there has had problems with these plastic-ended Blackstone radiators.The original rad in my 240GLE was replaced 3and a half years ago with a Blackstone which lasted two years before dumping and blowing the head gasket. Volvo Australia supplied a new Blackstone under warranty and 18 months later this radiator is pissing coolant. Do I smell a lemon??? because I can certainly smell hot coolant.
