The 700/900 FAQ has a similar list, under Preventive Maintenance After Purchase .

It mentions a few other things like:
- plastic coolant overflow tank
- heater control valve
- the rubber hose that connects the tank prepump with metal fuel line
- engine splash shield

I would also include, removing the "scent" of the previous owner. There are a few "odor neutralizers" that I always use when I get a car.
