I keep telling myself I'm not going to reply. But you seem curious, so
I'll answer with the most non-inflammatory wording I can muster.
I didn't login, because I wasn't using my computer. I had just returned
to a friend's house. That friend doesn't have a real big clue about
internet access, let alone ssh. I don't actually remember what I set my
BB password to, and had no way to login to my computer and check the
password. So thinking that it was acceptable to post from someone else's
computer, I posted a question. All I wanted was that elusive quick fix
that would have allowed me to drive the 20-30 minutes back home without
setting the car on fire or locking up the engine.
If you check the date stamps on the posts, you'll notice they're at least
two or three hours apart.
I have mocked your spelling and your posts. Your public replies have left
me feeling no reason to stop. However, I'm more than willing to tone it
quite a bit down after your last (very civil) message off the board to me.
But keep in mind: if I do any of those things, you can bet your ass I
will take credit for it.
Now, I think it's time for a little break of my own.
