Has anyone had a failed Chrysler Ignition, or LH injection computer- what were the symptoms? 200 1983

Help Please,
I think one of my computers may be bad. My LH B23F will start and idle perfectly for 15 seconds to a couple minutes, but dies if I try to drive it. I have changed the AMM, replaced the Wires, cap, rotor, plugs, Temp sensor, Wiring harness, and run the full array of Bentley reccomended tests. I have removed and cleaned the intake and breather box. Could this be caused by a faulty LH computer? The timing holds at a rock steady 12 degrees at idle. I am going to try and flow test the fuel pumps today, but could the computer be at fault?

Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Thanks
