'83 240 bucks @ speed 200 1983

Cousins:

'83 240 LH2.0 subject car. Full tuneup done, new cap,rotor, plugs,wires.
Timing checked; rewired partial harness; new intake manifold gasket; new injector seals; throttle body service; fixed 3 vacuum leaks; checked & replaced AMM; blocked off idle motor hoses; new oxygen sensor; adjusted C/O; new fuel filter; new fuel pressure regulator; checked wiring & connections @ main fuel pump; replaced in-tank fuel pump & sock; fuel pressure checks OK.

Car starts immediately - idles good; accellerates briskly, w/full power on. Problem is that it bucks and shakes @ constant speed - any constant speed. Any ideas?
