TINKERING AT NIGHT AND HEATED SEATS 200

Hey, thanks to all who responded to my heating my 240 seats question..I became discouraged though when I read about tearing out layers of foam and wires, harnesses, etc..a friend suggested since I have the lambskin covers on to just go to a place called Starcraft(?) and buy two auto seat heater pads, apparantly under eight bucks, and they come with the wires already sticking out so you just wire them...make sure you get the 12 volt ones he says..I will try this first and let you know how it goes..Second, most of you may have probably already done this, but I pulled the engine hood light out of my 740 and wahlah! there's a place to mount it with screw hole and all in my 240 so I can work on her or just admire under the hood at night..maybe the 240s came with it and someone just raped mine before I got her..oh well, it took five minutes and I like it..I'm sure if your 240 doesnt have one the junkyard does for a few bucks..the screw mount grounds it and the positive lead can go to your batt. or to the ole fusebox...
