Could over tourqing be a possible cause? 900 1997

Thanks for the insight. Could over torquing of suspension bolts be a problem? The bolts are on tight but I did not torque. I didn't go nuts but they are certainly on tight.


Last, the rack had up and down play in it. Mild but if I hit the inner tie rod w/my hand it makes a clunking noise. is this normal?
